Welcome to Carly Goes to Cali! This blog will serve as my personal journal of my experiences over the next twelve months while I'm living in Los Angeles, California. Over this year, I hope to better myself mentally, physically, spiritually and professionally, and the readers of this blog will have a front row seat.
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Carly Marshall and I am 22 years old. I am a recent graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Theater with an emphasis on film and media production and film making practices. I am an Arizona native who relocated to Hollywood on January 5, 2014 to persue my lifelong dream of working in the film industry. I am starting a new healthy lifestyle, as I seem to find myself completely out of excuses as to why I can't take care of my mind and body. I find myself madly in love with my boyfriend of two years, Corey, and leaving him was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. However, with his, and my parents' love and support, I have made my way to LA and I am going to kick this year's ass!
